Tenet, The Warner Bros production from director Christopher Nolan created a real buzz around Tallinn.Rightfully so. Tenet has been the largest Hollywood film shoot in Tallinn, not only boosting the countrys standing on the global production map but showcasing some of Tallinns most iconic landmarks that the film fans can plan their itinerary around.
Christopher Nolan (sündinud 30. juulil 1970 Londonis) on Briti filmilavastaja, stsenarist ja produtsent.. Asjaarmastajast filmiloojana alustanud Nolanist on saanud üks hinnatumaid filmirežissööre, kes on loonud mitu 21. sajandi menufilmi. Ta on ka filmitootmisettevõtte Syncopy Films Inc. omanik. Nolani filmid on tuntud psühholoogilise sügavuse, keerukuse ja ebatavalise jutustuse poolest.
Nolan took more than five years to write the screenplay after deliberating about Tenet s central ideas for over a decade. Pre-production began in late 2018, casting in March 2019, and principal photography lasted three months in Denmark, Estonia, India, Italy, Norway, the United Kingdom, and United States, from May to November.
